Processes

Project assessment

The process begins with understanding the client’s requirements, specifications, and project goals. This stage involves initial consultations, reviewing technical drawings, and gathering all necessary information to assess the project’s scope.

Engeneering and Design

Once the project requirements are understood, the engineering team works on translating the specifications into detailed designs and engineering drawings. This stage involves utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 3D models and generate precise manufacturing instructions.

Precision and Machining

The precision machining process involves transforming raw materials into finished components or parts. This stage utilizes advanced machining techniques such as CNC machining and grinding to achieve precise dimensions, shapes, and surface finishes. Skilled machinists operate specialized machinery, such as lathes, milling and boring machines, grinders, and EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) equipment, to carry out the machining operations.

Heat treatment

Given our focus on alloyed steels known for their exceptional mechanical properties and needed strict tolerances, heat treatment plays a pivotal role in our production process. We offer a wide spectrum of heat treatment options, ranging from traditional hardening and tempering to specialized techniques such as laser surface hardening, induction hardening, vacuum hardening, plasma and gas nitriding, and case hardening.

Surface treatments

We collaborate with local companies to offer a range of surface treatments to improve product surface mechanical properties, including services such as Hard Chrome plating, Wolfram Carbide thermal spraying, Shot peening, as well as Rubber and PU coatings.

Quality control

Quality Control: in-house testing and inspection are performed at various stages to ensure that the final product meets the highest standards of quality. Once the components are machined, they are thoroughly inspected for accuracy, dimensional conformity, and material quality with State-of-the-art 3D laser tracker, Ultrasonic testing, PT & MT, hardness, and roughness measurement.

Assembly

The assembly department assembles the individual components according to the project requirements, following strict assembly instructions and quality control procedures. Experienced and dedicated team members can finish the most demanding equipment including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical assembly.

Delivery and Customer support

The finished products are shipped to the client according to the agreed-upon delivery schedule. The company may also provide ongoing customer support, including postdelivery assistance, warranty services, and maintenance support.
